Solid wood furniture is made from natural wood furniture, wood furniture generally can see the surface texture. The Disadvantages of man-made board furniture
Plywood furniture of problems lies in the environmental protection, if furniture materials such as particleboard, it doesn't cover well when laying, banding, then it is easy to release methanal which is harmful for body, and to pollute the environment. In general, open the door or drawer, if there is a strong pungent smell, it is more of an excessive formaldehyde, not to buy such furniture.

Manufactures particleboard does not need another dry, can be used directly, is also very good sound absorption and sound insulation. But it also has its inherent shortcomings, as rough edges, easy moisture absorption, so the furniture made with particleboard edge technology is especially important. MDF board to improve aesthetics.

MDF board is wood or plant fibers by means of mechanical separation and chemical treatment, mixing adhesives and waterproofing agent, and then by high temperature, high pressure molding, made of a synthetic sheet.

MDF board uniform structure than the natural wood, but also to avoid rot, infestation and other issues, while its expansion and contraction of a small, easy to process.
